Lincoln’s Last Days

Title: Lincoln’s Last Days

Author: Bill O’Reilly

Rating: 10/10

Author, Bill O’Reilly, writes a children’s version of Lincoln’s last days as president.  The book first begins with a historical background of the Civil War time and what was happening behind the scenes with Lincoln and Robert E. Lee.  The next chapters take you on the last minutes of Lincoln’s life, as well as the plan that John Wilkes Booth schemed together to assassin the president.  The story is well written and includes details I had not learned until reading this book!
